NEXT LEVEL CHALLENGE

Redefine What You Can Do.

Our Next Level Fitness Challenge meets 3x per week for six weeks. Groups are 45 minute strength training sessions instructed by a certified fitness professional. This is designed for people who need to see an improvement in their flexibility, strength, and balance.  


YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY THIS TIME TO START THE CHALLENGE WHEN YOU'RE AVAILABLE.


Participants receive a shopping list, recipe book, and meal plan for those six weeks that is DOABLE. No, you won’t be eating like a rabbit, yes, you will still enjoy the food you will be eating.

Participants have lost an average of 5-15 pounds and 1-3% body fat. They typically tell us they’ve gained better sleep quality and strength, have sustained energy throughout the day, and increased range of motion in shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees.

What to Expect...
