Session Cancellation, Forfeiture, and Payment Policy for One on One or Two on One Training

This policy exists to streamline scheduling, to provide an incentive for not missing neuro training sessions, and for the mutual respect of time for all individuals.

I understand that I have flexibility in scheduling sessions if travels or other appointments arise, but I am also being provided a regular and consistent time slot on Brian’s calendar.

I understand that outside of emergency circumstances, sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time start time will not be rescheduled and will be forfeited. With 24 24-hour' notice, an appointment may be rescheduled to accommodate a schedule change.

I understand that a no-show at the time of the scheduled appointment time start time will not be rescheduled and will be forfeited.

I understand that if I arrive late to the appointed session, the duration of the session will not be extended, but will conclude at the predetermined time.

I understand that payment is due by the first scheduled session of the month if paying with a check or via an electronic payment method.
